Chimaek
CHIMAEK derives from “chicken” and the Korean word for beer “maekchu”. In Korea there are countless chicken beer bars that serve a small number of delicious Korean fried chicken dishes along with ice cold beer. The main difference between KFC and western style fried chicken lies in the intensive sauces. The double fried chicken is entirely coded in the sauce which makes the chicken taste more intensive and juicy.
